Cavin Residence

The Cavin project is just about finished in the Whitehawk Ranch golf club. John and Debbie Cavin asked Williams Construction to design and build their three bedroom 3,600 square foot personalized vacation home with two offices and a walk-out basement. The house has elements of craftsman style design mixed with the mountain ranch look which is predominant in Whitehawk Ranch. The walk-out basement is built using energy efficient Arrx Blocks and a tank-less water heater in an effort to implement green building techniques in this soon to be beautiful home. The final steps for completion will include a paver patio with a fire pit, including a walkway.
