Joanne and Terry Dale asked us to design a home they could enjoy with their grandkids. Their custom home design ended up to be a 3,400 square foot, four bedroom/four bath house. Their home was designed by Matt to be unique with a modern mountain ranch plan in the WhiteHawk Ranch Golf Community located right on the fifth fairway. The house has great views of the fairway and green with a peak-a-boo view of Mills Peak. With a huge great room space walking out onto an expansive deck the home lends itself perfectly to entertainment and family gatherings.
