Ice Lakes Lodge, Serene Lakes

Williams Construction built Ice Lakes Lodge in response to the concerns of local homeowners in Serene Lakes on Donner Summit, near Truckee. The old Serene Lakes Lodge had become outdated and neglected. Residents were looking for a trusted general contractor—one they had a long-standing relationship with—who could bring high-quality craftsmanship to a much-needed new lodge.
