Nestled within a secluded valley ranch setting, this corporate conference and retreat center was built by Williams Construction and Design Group, one of our largest commercial construction projects to date. Spanning a scenic working ranch property, the expansive campus includes two large day lodges, two seminar and conference buildings, two dedicated fitness facilities, a commercial kitchen and administrative office, and 58 private sleeping cabins carefully positioned throughout the landscape.

A defining feature of the campus is its intentional architectural diversity, creating two distinct guest experiences across the property. One half of the commercial development embraces classic ranch-inspired architecture, reflecting the heritage of the surrounding valley with warm natural materials and timeless Western character. The other half introduces a modern mountain aesthetic, featuring A-frame cabin designs paired with lodge and seminar buildings inspired by iconic National Park architecture—blending steep rooflines, natural stone, exposed timber, and durable materials designed to complement the alpine environment.

Each commercial building showcases thoughtful craftsmanship and elevated finishes. The result is a one-of-a-kind commercial property offering both architectural character and functional versatility for retreats and corporate conferences.
